Ordering

1. First-Time Ordering
You will need to create an account before you can have your order process. This will make the ordering and shipping easier to process.

2. Cancel or Change Order
To cancel or change an order, send an email or call our warehouse office. You can do so by using our contact form or phone us with the number provided in the About Us page.

3. Payment Methods We Accept
We accept Visa and Mastercard. Alternatively, we also accept Paypal. Your billing address will have to match the address your credit card was registered with, else, the order will not be able to process.

4. Sales Tax
All Canadian orders are charged the GST. All British Columbian orders are charged the PST as well as the GST. Orders from the U.S.A. will not be charged any tax.

5. Tracking Your Order
After your item is processed and ship, we will send a shipment confirmation to the email you provided at registration. Shipping within Canada takes anywhere from 3 to 7 business days. Shipping to the U.S.A. takes anywhere from 5 to 14 business days. During holidays, shipping times may increase accordingly.

6. Orders Never Received
If your item has not arrived within three weeks since you ordered the item(s), please contact us and we will get in touch with the shipping company. If further investigation prompts that the item(s) was/were lost, we will re-process your order and resend the item to you with no additional fees.

Shipping

1. Processing Time
Once an order has been made, an email notification will be sent to our shipper.  The process to package and ship the item takes two or three business days. We use Canada Post as our retail shipping courier.
