BrandonOptics.com is a retail portal that matches the needs of the customer with the products manufactured by its brand label. Brandon Optics acts solely as a middleman between the customer and the manufacturer and/or distributor.
All products sold through BrandonOptics.com have a 30 day money back guarantee, as long as the product is in the condition it was initially sold in. All return shipping costs associated to the product is solely the responsibility of the customer. We suggest that merchandise be securely packaged and insured for the full retail value, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
All products sold by Brandon Optics are under warranty from their respective manufacturers and/or distributors. These products should be sent to their respective manufacturer or distributor for repairs and servicing. All warranties solely covers manufactured defects. This warranty does not cover malfunctions caused by any of the following:
a. Usage in the manner other than its original purpose.
b. The misuse of the product(s) including but not limited to: dropping the product, mishandling of the product, operating in harsh conditions, etc.
c. Wear and tear and other asthetic issues through regular usage.
d. Other disasters which result in damaging the product(s) such as tornadoes, hurricanes, floods, etc.
You must include the sales slip and/or warranty card when shipping your damaged product for servicing and repair back to the manufacturer or distributor.
The end-user for the product(s) has sole responsibility for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise purchased from us. Brandon Optics' liability is limited to the monetary value of the merchandise.
For return or any related issues, please email to orders@brandonoptics.com, return products must be reported to BrandonOptics in written form for a Return Authorization before shipping.
Please kindly assisted with your return reason(if more than 30 days since receiving date), purchase order number, receving date, your name, etc. we'll reply you within 24 hrs.
Replacement or a credit note is issued within 20 days upon receipt of the return shipment. Manufacturer pays for shipping costs and insurance for the replacement shipment.
Manufacturer reserves the right to refuse any return failing to meet the requirements after inspection.
