The straight viewing 20-60x80 MD 80 ZR Spotting Scope from Minox features multi-coated optics that prevent internal ghosting as well as reflections, providing clear and bright images. The compact size of this spotting scope is made possible due to a design that utilizes mirrors to create a "Z" shaped light path which significantly compresses the space needed to obtain magnification. The Minox 20-60x80 MD 80 ZR Spotting Scope's lightweight, metal-alloy body is impact-resistant and nitrogen-filled to be both fogproof as well as submersible down to 16.4'. The scope has a tripod mounting shoe that also accepts a 1/4"-20 mounting bolt. For added protection, an included, fitted neoprene lens cover can be placed over the Minox 20-60x80 MD 80 ZR Spotting Scope even when it is mounted to a tripod.

The Minox 20-60x80 MD 80 ZR Spotting Scope includes an integrated MR2-S reticle to complement the use of riflescope reticles. Located in the front focal plane for accuracy at all magnifications, it features fine 0.2 mrad divisions with additional AQRAS and Mrad scales, making it useful for terrain orientation, ranging, and targeting.
