The Pulsar Telos XG50 packs a ton of
performance and new features into Pulsar’s next-generation compact
thermal monocular. The Telos is designed to replace the extremely
popular Helion series, but with several improvements. It features a 640
x 480, 12µm thermal sensor and a 50mm F/1.0 high quality germanium
lens, which gives a 3.5-14x magnification with detection range out to
2300 yards.
The Telos XG50 features an NETD <40mK
thermal sensor to produce stunning image quality, even in the worst
weather conditions. Additionally, Pulsar image boost technology
combined with a 1024 x 768 resolution AMOLED display allows the Telos to
provide exceptional detail.
The Pulsar Telos features adjustable objective
focus which allows for ergonomic one-handed use. A non-slip, rubberized
housing ensures a comfortable grip, even in damp conditions.
Additionally, it is designed with a simple control layout for
comfortable use by either left, or right-handed users.
This unit is powered by the new LPS 7i
quick-change battery pack which guarantees at least 8 hours of operating
time. The LPS doesn’t require a proprietary charger, but rather uses a
universal USB-C cable for quick recharging. Wireless charging is also
supported. Changing batteries is very simple, and can easily be done in
total darkness.
The Telos XG50 includes all other standard
Pulsar features, such as built-in photo and video recording (with
sound), Wi-Fi connectivity, and Stream Vision 2 App compatibility. It
is also IPX7 rated waterproof and utilizes an extremely rugged housing,
so you can use it in the harshest of weather conditions.
Pulsar Thermal Optics are backed by a 5-year
warranty (see note below) and Pulsar's reputation as an industry leader
in customer service, so buy with the confidence that you will be
enjoying this optic for years to come.
