Outfitted with a powerful zoom and an oversized objective, the straight-through viewing Sightmark Latitude 20-60x80 Tactical Spotting Scope is an ideal addition to your long-range shooting or observation kit—whether you're a hunter, birder, outdoor enthusiast, or tactical professional. A modified mil-rad ranging crosshair reticle provides a simple and easy-to-read mil scale on all axes to help calculate ballistic drop to improve first-shot accuracy, determine the range (distance) to the target, and estimate the target size.

It utilizes a mirror system to fold the light path and correct the image orientation, and the mirrors are dielectric coated to boost reflectivity to over 99%, which limits internal diffraction, ensures images maintain their brightness, and improves contrast and clarity. Complementing the mirror coatings is the use of extra-low dispersion glass elements on the lenses and anti-reflection fully multi-coated optics, which maximize light transmission while ensuring accurate color fidelity and further boosting contrast and clarity. The large 80mm objective draws in copious amounts of light to make it especially useful in challenging conditions such as at dawn or dusk, or when trying to pick out game from under heavily canopied forests. Its impressive 20-60x zoom range enables you to maximize the field of view at its lowest power, and with a simple twist of the zoom collar make detailed observations of distant subjects.

The scope housing is wrapped in a protective rubber armor, and the optical tube is nitrogen filled and O-ring sealed to an IP67-rating, making it dust and waterproof, as well as resistant to internal fogging in extreme conditions. A standard 1/4"-20 mounting thread is provided for fast attachment onto various support systems. Two removable Picatinny/Weaver accessory rails—a short one on the top and longer one on the bottom—enable dot or reflex sights to be mounted to make acquiring targets faster and allow illumination devices like lights or illuminators to also be mounted and increase its usability. The bottom rail also has a 1/4"-20 socket that allows the lower rail to be installed and still have the scope attached to a support system.

Optical Performance

  • Powerful 20-60x zoom range enables observations of distant subjects at all magnifications, with maximum field of view at the lowest power and detailed views at the highest
  • Large 80mm objective lens helps to produce bright images during the day and enables viewing in low-light conditions such as at dawn and dusk
  • Folded light path uses mirrors to direct light and correct image
  • Highly reflective dielectric coatings transmit more than 99% of light to reduce internal diffraction and improve contrast and clarity
  • Extra-low dispersion glass corrects chromatic aberration to produce accurate colors without fringing
  • Anti-reflection fully multi-coated optics improve light transmission, clarity, contrast, and color rendition
  • 131 to 43.5-foot field of view at 1000 yards

Mil-Rad Ranging Crosshair Reticle

  • Modified crosshair design
  • Placed on the first focal plane so subtensions of the reticle will be true at any magnification
  • Use to calculate ballistic drop to improve shot accuracy, determine range to target, and estimate the size of the target
  • Top vertical and left horizontal scales are scaled in 1-mil increments
  • Bottom and right scales are scaled in 0.5-mil increments; after 11 mils the scale is marked in 5-mil increments
  • Below the horizontal scale, between the 10-mil and 20-mil increments, is a series of horizontal lines that can be used for ranging shoulder width of IPSC or similar silhouette targets

Use and Handling

  • Eyepiece set in straight line with body to make finding subjects fast and tracking moving targets easy
  • Textured zoom and focus collars set directly in front of the eyepiece for sure handling, even in cold or wet conditions, and easy use without taking the user's eye away from the eyecup
  • Standard 1/4"-20 tripod mount for use with many photo/video/field tripods
  • Twist-up rubber eyecup for comfortable use with or without eyewear
  • Exceptional 27-26mm eye relief provides comfortable viewing with reduced eye fatigue, especially during long observation periods, at all magnifications
  • 4.1-1.3mm exit pupil

Mr
Scope is accurate to video reviews, great option for someone on a budget, clear crisp images passed 3000 meters, adjustment rings smooth, great low light images. Brandon Optics was great to deal with and quick to respond to inquires. I recommend this scope to beginners and advanced shooters.
