Step 2: Gather Required Information
When submitting a warranty claim, provide the following:
- Product model and serial number
- Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)
- Detailed description of the issue
- Photos or videos (if applicable, to illustrate the problem)
Step 3: Ship the Product for Repair/Replacement
If Sightmark confirms that your product requires service, they will provide instructions on where to send it. You may need to ship it to:
