Meopta has unveiled a new set of optical products for hunters, shooters, and outdoor sports lovers. During SHOT Show 2019, Meopta has introduced their new Optika 6 riflescope line for hunters and shooters. The outdoor sports lovers looking for high-quality, low-price riflescopes will find it perfect for their hunting and shooting expeditions.

Optika6 3-18x50 and 3-18x56 riflescopes are available with First or Second Focal Plane (FFP / SFP) reticles. Both SFP and FFP models feature exposed, locking elevation adjustments with capped windage adjustments that are resettable to zero, keeping you on target in the field while still allowing for fast trajectory compensation at extended ranges. FFP models also feature a zero stop elevation turret that allows the shooter to have a definite return-to-zero point no matter what distance they have dialed in for. Standard click values for non-MIL reticles are 0.25 MOA, while MIL based reticles feature 0.1 Milradian per click adjustments. Available in several reticle configurations including optional illumination and DichroTech, the 3-18x50 and 3-18x56 are designed with hunters and shooters in mind.

A proprietary ion-assisted lens multi-coating applied to all air-to-glass optical surfaces. Developed by Meopta, MeoBrightTM ion- assisted multi-coatings eliminate glare and reflections and delivers an industry leading 99.7% light transmission per lens surface.

MeoShieldTM

MeoShield TM ion-assisted coating protects external lens surfaces and delivers enhanced resistance to scratching or abrasion in extreme conditions. MeoShieldTM meets military specifications for durability and surface hardness.

RD Illuminated Reticle System

RD equipped riflescopes feature a highly defined illuminated red dot reticle. A third turret controller allows the user to choose between a minimum of seven reticle intensity settings for extremely low-light to bright daylight conditions. Intermediate off positions between every setting allows the user find their preferred illumination setting quickly.

The Meopta 3-18x50 MeoPro Optika 6 FFP Riflescope combines powerful optics with a versatile reticle design and easy-to-use exposed turrets to produce a scope that is optimized for mid- to long-range shooting and hunting in all light conditions.

Its broad zoom magnification range allows you to scan wide swaths of the terrain for targets on low power with the ability to dial it up and make positive identification with precise shot placement. A large objective lens provides the light gathering required to keep views crisp and bright when viewing targets at extreme long range on maximum magnification, and to enhance the view Meopta employs their proprietary MeoBright multi-coatings to the lenses to maximize light transmission and suppress glare. The combination of objective lens and coatings produce bright and clear high-contrast views with improved color representation. A generous eye relief and wide exit pupil at lower magnifications ensure easy and comfortable use—even in low light. The turrets feature a precise 1/4 MOA impact point correction with a wide 90 MOA windage and elevation adjustment range, with a exposed zero-stop tactical elevation turret that is ideally suited for fast long-range adjustments in the field. A large 30mm maintube is employed to withstand the rigors of recoil, and the housing is made of aluminum with a scratch-resistant low-reflectivity matte black anodized finish. The housing is also nitrogen filled to be waterproof and resistant to internal fogging in extreme conditions and temperatures.
